Tuvimos una estadía excelente. El hotel es hermoso, con una estética alpina muy marcada donde la madera es protagonista tanto en los techos como en las zonas comunes y habitaciones, lo que lo hace muy acogedor.
La habitación estándar nos sorprendió gratamente por su tamaño: es muy amplia y cuenta con un sector separado con escritorio, sillones y armarios. Mención especial para la cama, que es espectacular, enorme y supercómoda. Además, se nota la inversión en mantenimiento, ya que tanto los baños como la pileta climatizada están modernizados y prácticamente a nuevos.
La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo. Lo mejor de la experiencia, sin dudas, fue la calidez del personal; nos asistieron de forma impecable desde el primer contacto por WhatsApp hasta el último día.
Punto a mejorar: El desayuno es muy rico y cumple con lo básico, pero le faltaría un poco más de variedad en cuanto a sabores de budines y opciones de panificados salados.

Muy alta calidad en todo.Instalaciones funcionando.Limpieza.Empleados amables, bien dispuestos. Hasta el dispenser de agua es un detalle que nota que piensan en el cliente. Al llegar me habían dado un hab que da a la calle, como soy muy sensible al ruido pedí me la cambien y me dieron una al contrafrente que fue la gloria. Hicieron de mí estadía 8 días de descanso que lo precisaba mucho por salud. Les agradezco de corazón y les deseo un excelente año!
